Pay Scale:- For Group ‘A’ Category Posts Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade of Pay Rs.5400-7600/- And For Group ‘B’ Category Posts Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade of Pay Rs. 4200-4600/-

Qualification:- Post Graduate and graduate with recognized university established by law in India. Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism/Public Relational; and Not less than 7 years of experience out of which at least 5 years in supervisor capacity in public relations/publicity printing and publishing. Officers under the Central Government or Central Statutory / Autonomous bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis and handling Account and Finance Matters or holding posts of Accounts/Audit Officer or equivalent in the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4800 / Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400 (pre- 

revised scale) Master’s Degree in Library Science; Master’s Degree in Professional Social Work from a recognized University. Executive Engineers (Elec.) or Asstt. Engineers (Elec.) with 8 years of regular service in that grade, from CPWD. In the event of suitable candidates, not being available from CPWD similar officers from other Engineering Departments of the “Central Government or Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies” shall be considered. An officer taken on deputation shall possess a Degree in  Electrical Engineering.
