Central Institute of Freshwater Aquaculture (CIFA) Opening Senior Technical Officer, Technical Assistant Vacancy

JOB Detail:- Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment of technical posts at Central Institute of Freshwater Aquaculture, Bhubaneswar. The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum and enhanced qualification does not entail candidates to be called for written test/practical test/interview. Where the number of applications received in to the advt. are large and it will not be convenient 
or possible for the Institute to call all those candidates for written test/ practical/interview, the Director, CIFA, Bhubaneswar reserves the right to fix the criteria for calling the candidates on the basis of qualification, experience etc. After screening the application, the candidates will be called for written test/practical test and interview.

1. Senior Technical Officer (T-6) (Farm Manager):- 01 Post
Qualification:- : M.F.Sc. in Aquaculture/Freshwater Aquaculture/Inland Aquaculture.
2. Senior Technical Officer (T-6) (Farm Machinery):- 01 Post
Qualification:- M.F.Sc in Fishery Technology/ ME/M.Tech (Agriculture) in Farm Machinery.
3. Technical Assistant (T-3) (Civil Engineering) :- 01 Post
Qualification:- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
4. Technical Assistant (T-3) (Electrical Engineering):- 01 Post
Qualification:- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
5. Technical Assistant (T-3) (Instrumentation):- 01 Post
Qualification:- Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics Engineering.
6. Technical Assistant (T-3) (Fishery Extension):- 01 Post
Qualification:- : B.F.Sc./ B.Sc. (Agriculture)
7. Technical Assistant (T-3) (Soil & Agriculture Chemistry):- 01 Post
Qualification:- B.Sc. (Agriculture)/ B.Sc. Chemistry.
How To Apply:- The application should be submitted to The Director, Central Institute of  Freshwater Aquaculture (ICAR), Kausalyaganga, Bhubaneswar- 751002 latest by 15/04/2014 by Speed Post/ Registered Post only in the proforma appended strictly typed in A4 size paper and filled in by own handwriting accompanied by a latest pass-port size photograph (Three nos., one should be pasted on application duly self attested and other two will be attached with application) alongwith Examination fee (Non-refundable) of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred 
only) for each post is to be sent in the shape of Bank Draft drawn in the favor of “ICAR UNIT CIFA” payable at SBI Kausalyaganga (Code-8874) issued after the date of publication of Advertisement & written on the back the name of the Candidate, Post name, Advt. No. & Sl.No. Candidates belonging to SC/ST & PH are not required to pay any fee. Women candidate are also exempted to pay application fee. No fee exemption is, however, available to OBC candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
