Assam Postal Circle (India Post) Opening 77 Postman/Mail Guard & MTS (Multi Tasking Staff) Vacancy

JOB detail:- Application are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up the posts of (i)
Multi- Tasking Staff (MTS) for the year 2009-2012 and (ii) Postman/Mail Guard for the 
year 2010-2012 in 11 postal units of Assam Postal Circle.
Post Name:- 1. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS):- 27 Posts
2. Postman/Mail Guard:- 50 Posts
Qualification:- a. For Multi- Tasking Staff (MTS): Matriculation or ITI from recognized Boards. 
b. For Postman/Mail Guard: Matriculation or Equivalent from a recognized Board or University. 
Age Limit:- ) For Multi- Tasking Staff (MTS) 18-27 years ( Relaxable for Government servants upto the age of 35 years, for candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes upto three years, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes upto five years, and for Physically Handicapped candidates in accordance with the instructions of Government of India issued from time to time)  
 (ii) For Postman/Mail Guard: 18 to 27 years (Relaxable for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe up to five years, for candidates belonging to Other Backward Castes up to three years and for Government Servants up to 40 years in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Government).
