JOB Detail:- Responsible for all procurement/lining up of contract activities including vendor evaluation, vendor registration, general administration, issue of enquiry, evaluation of technical offers, obtaining clarification from the vendors on their offers, preparation of comparison statement, negotiation with vendors, making note for approval for placement of order, placement of orders, follow up after order placement till receipt of materials, compliance of audit queries, system development & improvement, planning & coordination with other departments and development of subordinates. KRIBHCO was incorporated on 17th April 1980 and is presently registered as a fertilizer production cooperative under the Multi State Cooperative Societies (MCSC) Act 2002. Society’s stake holder are 7374 member Cooperative Societies including Government of India as on 31st March, 2013.The Fertilizer Plant, located at Hazira (Surat) consists of production capacity of two streams of Ammonia and four streams of Urea. After Revamp production capacity of Urea Plant is 21.95 lakh MT and Ammonia Plant is 12.95 lakh MT per annum. The commercial production of Urea commenced w.e.f. 1st March, 1986.KRIBHCO has three Bio-fertilizer Plants with a capacity of 750 MT (Powder)/3.60 Kilo Litres (Liquid) per year at Hazira, Varanasi and Lanjha (Ratnagiri). Bio-fertilizer is one of the most important components of integrated nutrient management system which maintain soil health. The society has set up 15 modern seed processing plants in states across India in order to provide quality seeds to farming community.
