Age Limit:- 18-30 Years.
Qualification:- Matric/Higher Secondary or equivalent examination.
2. Training as Compounder at a recognized Institute of the State or Central Government. B.Sc. with Botany or Zoology or B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized University. M.Sc. Chemistry or Physics. Degree in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. One year's experience in operation and maintenance of Diesel Engines in a recognized Mechanical or Marine Workshop or Institution. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.One year experience in the field of Engineering drawing and machine drawing in a recognized Mechanical or Marine Workshop or Institution. Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University or Institution. Bachelor of Science with Zoology or Microbiology as one of the essential subjections from a recognized University or Institution. Two years’ experience of conducting research or experiments or measurement in a veterinary laboratory of Central or State Government or any University of Indian Council of Agricultural Research or of any autonomous body. Degree/Diploma etc. obtained by candidates from open Universities/ Distance Education will not be accepted unless the same is accompanied by a certificate to the effect that the course is recognized by Distance Education Council in terms of Ministry of Human Resource Development Notification No. 44 published in Gazette of India dated 08.04.1995 for the relevant period when the candidate has acquired the relevant qualification.
Examination Fee:- Rs.50/= (Rupees fifty only) in the form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps which are available in all Post Offices. Any other mode of payment viz., cash, money order, cheque,DD & Postal order will not be accepted. Fee should be paid separately for each category for which applications are submitted separately.
Fee Exemption :
 All Female candidates,
 SC/ST / PH Candidates,
 Ex-Servicemen who have not already secured employment under the Central Govt. in civil side after availing the benefit given to them as ExS for their re-employment.
